Amanda Polacek

 

Amanda Polacek is the coordinator for the Columbus Area Community Foundation Fund and is also an affiliated fund development coordinator for Nebraska Community Foundation, working in Northeastern Nebraska.

 

Amanda is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations. With a background in client relations and project management at Omaha and Lincoln-based advertising agencies, Bailey Lauerman and 42, Polacek has worked with a wide range of non-profit organizations including the University of Nebraska Foundation. She also has experience in community relations as the former marketing director at First National Bank Columbus.

 

Amanda is a graduate 2013-2014 class of Leadership Columbus, and also a member of Habitat for Humanity, TeamMates and Next Generation Kiwanis – all of Columbus.

The Columbus Area Future Fund (formerly Columbus Area Community Foundation Fund) is an affiliated fund of the Nebraska Community Foundation and strives to build a community endowment to promote local leadership development, entrepreneurship, youth engagement and community philanthropy.  Your gift will be used to advance those efforts and ensure dollars are available locally for use in determining our region’s future.
