Technology of Participation Facilitation Training 2017

The Columbus Area Community Foundation Fund and the Nebraska Community Foundation hosted a facilitator training workshop for area non-profits and community groups on

March 23 -24 at Central Community College.


Participants learned valuable methods for leading group discussions, how to empower groups and committees to utilize their individual thoughts and skills toward action, and ways to implement effective event planning techniques.


ToP Facilitator Methods included:

  • The Focused Conversation Method

  • The Consensus Workshop Method

  • The Action Planning Method
